Fernando is the Managing Partner at Alus Capital Partners, with over 18 years of experience in real estate investment and finance.

He is also the Managing Director at Plenus REAM and previously served as Executive Director in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) of Goldman Sachs in Madrid, where he played a key role in real estate investment strategies. Earlier in his career, he held positions at LNR Partners Europe in London and Ixe Casa de Bolsa in Mexico City.

Fernando holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading (UK) and a BSc in Business Administration from ITAM (Mexico). He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2014.

Marcelo is a Non-Executive Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Alus Capital Partners.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, as well as in the management and selection of alternative investments, he brings extensive strategic and operational expertise. He is the founder of the Fidelis International Institute and has held key roles at Cemex, Boston Consulting Group, and Violy & Company.

Marcelo is a Certified Public Accountant from ITESM (Mexico) and holds an MBA from Stanford University. He currently serves on several boards in Mexico and Spain.

José María is a Senior Adviser at Alus Capital Partners.

He previously served as Managing Partner at ETS Asset Management Factory, where he led the business development and product teams for over 15 years in both Madrid and London. His extensive expertise in financial assets and wealth management was further shaped by his earlier role at Deutsche Bank.

José María holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from UCM (Spain) and has completed the PDD programme at IESE (Spain).
